-Research on M&A deals using company press releases, RNS statements, proprietary databases, Annual Reports, Quarterly statement.
-Prepare a detailed M&A report based on the analysis and client defined parameters.
Special skills:
-Finance Graduate - Fresher. (Bcom / BAF / BMS / BBA / BBI, etc )
-NSE / BSE / NCFM related courses can be an added advantage.
-MBA,MMS,ICWA,CFP (completed/pursuing/plannind to pursue)MAY NOT APPLY
Shift Timings : Rotations NightShifts (7am 2.30pm, 2.30pm 10pm and 10pm 7am.) No Exceptions.
Experience : 0 to 1 years
Salary/CTC : INR 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A
Schedule of Interview : From Monday to Friday between 10.00am-5.00pm
