*Answer incoming calls from customers to attend service inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
*Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller
*Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
*Research required information using available resources
*Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks like call transfers, taking messages, call backs, holds, interruptions, and unintentional disconnects.
Experience-Experienced(Minimum 6 Months)
Salary/CTC- 1,50,000-3,00,000 P.A
