Job Description:
1. Handling the end-to-end recruitment Process
2. Understanding job description provided by the client.
3. Sourcing quality profiles - From the Job portals, internal data base, Employee References, Mass mail, Head Hunting etc
4. Sourcing, Screening & Short listing the candidates through various mediums.
5. Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc
6. Checking the suitability of the candidate
7. Taking telephonic round of interviews before sending them to client.
8. Scheduling interviews in co-ordination with the client and closing the requirements.
9. Salary Negotiations
10. Follow up of candidates
Desired Profile :
1. High on adapting new industry exposure.
2. High Application of intelligence.
3. Good Written,Verbal and Listening skills.
4. Maturity to understand and deal with Clients.
5. Demonstrated ability to work under revenue targets.
6. Good Googling skills.
7. Experience in recruiting would be preferre.
8. Headhunting, Mapping, Screening, Evaluation, Srutinizing, resource planning
Experience : 0-2 Years
