*Interaction with customers
*Provide 1st level response to all incoming support cases, resolving

less complicated cases, organizing details for more complex cases that

require escalation

2. Ready to work in night shift
3. Should have strong analytical and customer service skills
4. Knowledge of HTML & Javascript is a must.
