Job Description-
• Calling out customer and helping them complete their profile / making a sales pitch for select paid memberships
• Help in resolving customer queries
• Interact with customers by phone, e-mail and online chat
• Responsible for achieving daily and monthly targets
• Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts
• Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services

Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate and self driven
• Strong integrity and work ethics
• Well versed with computers
• Prior experience in Customer service or Customer Facing job will be an added advantage
• Freshers are Welcome
• Minimum HSC Pass

Salary/CTC-16000/- pm + Incentives + Allowances
